Introduction
Let’s go through the Character Sheet step by step. We will cover all sections in order. Each section is identified by the label shown at the bottom of its area on the Character Sheet. For a more advanced and detailed walkthrough, see Character Creation Guide.
Basic Information
- Name – Character’s name
- Player Name – Player’s name
- Ancestry – Character’s Ancestry
- Background – Character’s Background
- Level – Character’s Level
- Remaining LP – Unused Legend Points (LPs)
Ability Scores
Record Ability Scores in the corresponding rows. Remember to apply any increases to your character’s Ability Scores from their Background and possible Ancestry. In addition, certain Talents may provide an Ability Score increase, if desired.
General Skills
Each General Skill has a Rank ranging from 0 to 4, as shown in the table below. Record the chosen Skill Rank by colouring in the corresponding bubbles for that General Skill on the Character Sheet.
Each General Skill is also associated with an abbreviated Attribute, which is added to the Modifier.

After assigning Skill Ranks, calculate the Modifier for each skill using the following formula and fill it in on the sheet:
Modifier = (Rank × 2) + Attribute
Expert Skills
Each Expert Skill has a Rank ranging from 1 to 4, as shown in the table below. Record the chosen Skill Rank by colouring in the corresponding bubbles for that Expert Skill on the Character Sheet.

After assigning Skill Ranks, calculate the Modifier for each skill using the following formula and fill it in on the sheet:
Saving Throws
Each Saving Throw has a Saving Throw Rank ranging from 0 to 4, as shown in the table below. Record Saving Throw Ranks by colouring in the corresponding bubbles for that Saving Throw on the Character Sheet.

After assigning Saving Throw Ranks, calculate the Saving Throw Modifier for each Saving Throw using the following formula and fill it in on the sheet:
Saving Throw Modifier = (Saving Throw Rank × 2) + Attribute
Martial Training
- Light / Medium / Heavy Armour Training – Colour this if you have received training from the Armour Talent Tree
- Shield Training – Colour this if you have received training from the Armour Talent Tree
- Simple / Advanced Weapon Training – Colour this if you have received training from the Weapon Talent Tree
- Martial Skill Ranks – Recorded in the same way as Expert Skill
Spellcasting Training
- Simple / Advanced Focus Training – Colour this if you have received training from the Spellcasting Talent.
- Spellcasting Skill Ranks – Recorded in the same way as Expert Skills. Characters with multiple spellcasting skills record each one separately.
Languages
- Languages – Record all known languages gained from your Background or Linguistic talents.
