Your inspiration from martial weaponry has lead to study of spellblade, branch of arcane study where magic is wield in hands of powerful casters. As the mana you spend become extension of your arms. You are a tough match to any martial fighter in the perfect combination magic and might.
Spellblades. As an Action, you conjure weapons made of pure magical energy. These weapons last for 1 hour or until you dismiss them as a Free Action.
The weapons have the Light property to you, cannot be disarmed, and appear as solid material of glowing arcane force. For you, they count as a Simple Focus, and you can perform Somatic Spell Part while holding them. When you make a Weapon Attack with them, you can use your Melee Spell Attack modifier instead of Weapon Attack modifier. These attacks still count as Weapon Attacks.
When you conjure the weapons, choose one of the following forms below. You also choose the damage type for each weapon: Piercing Damage, Bludgeoning Damage, or Slashing Damage.
Throwing Weapons. You conjure a small weapon in each hand. These weapons have the Thrown property with a range of 4 metres and no long range. If a weapon leaves your hand and travels more than 4 metres from you, it immediately teleports back to your hand. On a hit, they deal 1d4 + Sorcery damage of the chosen type.
Duelling Weapons. You conjure two one-handed weapons. On a hit, they deal 1d6 + Sorcery damage of the chosen type.
Two-Handed Weapon. You conjure a single large weapon, held in both hands. This weapon has the Two-Handed and Reach (2 metres) properties. On a hit, it deals 1d12 + Sorcery damage of the chosen type.
