Flavour text.
Magical Quill. As an Action, you summon a Tiny magical quill that floats within 1 metre of you. It requires no ink and writes in any colour you choose. It obeys your spoken writing instructions and can transcribe speech it can hear, including conversations, as you direct. When used for Copying an Arcane Spell or Creating a Spell Scroll, the required time and Magical Ink are halved.
As an Action, you can erase nonmagical text written by the quill, provided that text is within 1 metre of you. The quill disappears if you summon another one or die.
